The Purpose of the CCPS Education Foundation is to sustain and extend excellence and student achievement in the Carroll County Public School system. The Foundation encourages community financial support for educational initiatives that are not funded in the budget, works to improve volunteer opportunities, establishes and expands school-business partnerships, and assists the school system in achieving its goals.
