2010 FOUNDATION AWARDS
The FOURTH year of Foundation awards were presented on Friday, April 13, 2010. The Foundation Board of Trustees, Board of Education members, donors, and volunteers traveled to all of the awarded schools to distribute the awards. All award winners were presented with a large check, a Foundation tee shirt, and balloons in recognition of their award. A total of 51 awards were presented to the schools and offices throughout

2009 FOUNDATION AWARDS
The THIRD year of Foundation awards were presented on May 13, 2009. Donors, corporations, and Foundation volunteers traveled in two large school buses distributing the over-sized checks, corsages and balloons. Over $40,000 was distributed to support 33 awards throughout the County School System. The schools receiving awards and a brief description of the projects funded are listed in the following PDF:
2008 FOUNDATION AWARDS
The Carroll County Public Schools Education Foundation presented its second year of awards on Friday, May 9, 2008. Donors, corporations, and Foundation volunteers traveled in three “Star Patrol” vans to surprise the winners who combined received $35,000 for their projects. Once again, award winners received poster-size checks, corsages or boutonnieres and balloons in recognition of their award. 2007 FOUNDATION AWARDS
The CCPS Education Foundation presented its very first round of awards on Wednesday, February 7, 2007. Representatives from the Education Foundation and the Board of Education, along with school system staff, traveled on the “Star Patrol” bus to give award winners the good news that their applications have been approved for funding. Winners received poster size checks, corsages or boutonnieres, and a balloon bouquet in recognition of their award. Over $25,000 was distributed that day!
